Alpha Academy is hosting the Alpha Global Career Forum, a career forum for globally minded talent who want to work in the U.S., in Boston. Participation is free for companies. Join this new recruiting venue to meet outstanding global talent aiming to work in the U.S. This is an event for international students, held during the same period as the Boston Career Forum.

1. Dates and Venue

The Alpha Global Career Forum is held during the same week as the Boston Career Forum (BCF), in Boston. The 2026 edition is planned for November. The BCF 2026 runs November 20 through 22.
The venue is the Hult International Business School (Boston) campus. Hult sits along the Charles River in Cambridge, home to MIT.

2. Who You Will Meet

We recruit broadly for globally minded talent who want to work in Japan, the U.S., Singapore, London, and beyond.

· Students at overseas universities and graduate schools
· Exchange students
· Overseas MBA, graduate school, and overseas university students, alumni, and recent graduates (we plan to announce to each school)
· Professionals with study-abroad experience or substantial global work experience
· Talent based across Asia, Europe, the U.S., and Japan

Candidates are recruited openly, regardless of nationality, and are not limited to any single school, spanning global MBA programs and overseas universities.


3. Benefits for Participating Companies

· Approach top talent at no extra cost. If you are already planning to travel to Boston for the career forum, you can meet candidates already on the ground without leaving the city.
· Participate free, with no risk. Exhibiting is free for the first-edition trial, so you can test a new hiring channel with ease.
· Interview in person in Boston (optional). Meet candidates face to face at the Hult Boston campus on the day. You can also run your hiring through your own online system.
· Run info sessions your way. Via the Alpha site, YouTube, or Zoom, open or closed on request. Hold your company info session directly for interested candidates over Zoom and other channels.

TJ Profile

TJ began his career at Sumitomo Corporation in Corporate Accounting, overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and performance management for over 800 global subsidiaries. Selected as the youngest trainee at Sumitomo Corporation of America in New York, he contributed to U.S. steel business restructuring before joining Project Finance, arranging large-scale financings for international infrastructure and telecommunications projects.

He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, concentrating in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He founded the University of Chicago Japanese Association and launched the school's first Japan Trip, now an annual tradition.

TJ subsequently joined Goldman Sachs Japan Investment Banking Division, advising on M&A, IPOs, capital raising, and private equity transactions in media and consumer sectors.

As President of the Chicago Booth Alumni Association in Japan, he has guided candidates to leading MBA programs and global universities. His students have secured roles at firms including Mitsubishi Corporation, McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, Google, Big 4 consulting/FAS, Toyota, MUFG, and Nomura.

Renowned for rigorous one-on-one coaching for TOEFL, GMAT, IELTS, and GRE, TJ is widely trusted for his ability to design and execute career and academic strategies with exceptional precision.
