"I know my child could do so much more if they just applied themselves."

What is actually happening inside your child's brain.
Why is the child at the same prep course improving while yours has hit a ceiling?
We will dissect your child's brain and show you exactly what needs to change.

The Alpha Brain Lab's "Alpha Brain Assessment & Brain Rewiring" program will rapidly upgrade how your child's brain operates, producing dramatic growth in academic ability, confidence, and leadership.

Reach out today.

I'm Emi Sakashita. I researched neuroscience at the University of Tokyo (Ikegaya Lab, hippocampus research) and clinical psychology at Columbia University, where I put both into practice. Today, as COO of Alpha Advisors, I work with over 8,000 people every year on their careers and mental performance.

University of Tokyo Neuroscience × Columbia University Clinical Psychology. Alpha Advisors COO Emi Sakashita will personally assess and analyze your child's brain, identify what needs to change, and guide them toward extraordinary growth.

First, Tell Us Which of These Sounds Like You.

【Academic Performance and Entrance Exams】

・Your child goes to a prep course but their grades have plateaued.
・They cannot show their real ability on practice exams, even though they can solve the same problems at home.
・A competitive middle school entrance exam is coming up and they are not on track for their first-choice school.
・You want to make sure your child gets into their target high school.
・They are aiming for a top university or medical school and that final gap is not closing.
・You want your child to attend a top university abroad, such as Harvard, Stanford, or MIT.
・They seem to just be spending time without knowing how to study effectively.
・Adding more prep courses or a private tutor has not changed anything.
・They keep making the same mistakes. Pointing it out does not fix it.
・The gap between their best and worst subjects is extreme.

【Motivation and Study Habits】

・They do not study on their own. Nothing gets done unless you remind them.
・Their motivation switch never seems to flip on. They lose interest in everything quickly.
・Games and phones dominate their attention and they cannot focus on studying.
・They cannot wake up in the morning. Their daily routine has fallen apart.
・They have no goals. "I don't really care either way" is their standard response.
・They do not complete homework. Assignments do not get handed in.
・They have started saying "there's no point in trying anyway."
・They make plans that fall apart within three days.

【Mental Strength and Confidence】

・A bad test score sends them into a deep slump and they are slow to recover.
・They say things like "I'm just not smart" and "there's no way I can do it."
・They are terrified of getting things wrong. Perfectionism is holding them back.
・Presenting in front of others is very difficult for them. Their voice disappears.
・They compare themselves to their friends and carry a persistent sense of inadequacy.
・Praise does not reach them. "Whatever" is the response.
・They lack confidence. Whatever they accomplish, they cannot acknowledge it as their own.
・There are days they refuse to go to school, or this has become an ongoing pattern.

【Relationships and Leadership】

・There are frequent conflicts in their friendships.
・They cannot share their own opinion. They defer to whoever is around them.
・They do not take initiative. They tend to hang back.
・They shrink in front of teachers and adults.
・They read the room so carefully that they cannot show who they really are.
・There are signs of bullying or something close to it.
・Working as part of a team is difficult. They keep everything to themselves.

【Concerns About the Future】

・You are worried about whether they are ready for the world as they are now.
・You want to raise a child who can make a genuine impact on a global stage.
・You sense that language ability alone is not going to be enough.
・You are reaching the limits of an education focused only on getting into the right school.
・You wonder whether your child will be able to thrive in a world shaped by AI.
・Your child's strengths and natural inclinations are not yet visible to you. You do not know what to develop.
・As a parent, you are not sure what you should actually be doing for them.

If even one of these sounds like you, keep reading.
This is not a lack of effort on your child's part. It is not a lack of talent. They have simply been learning in a way that does not match how their brain is wired.

Why Some Children Improve at the Same Prep Course While Others Do Not

Why do some children improve while others do not, when they attend the same prep course, use the same materials, and sit in the same classes?

The gap is not talent, motivation, or parenting philosophy. It is how they use their brain.

Your child's behavior is determined by the following structure.

Environment and Experience → Values → Brain Response Patterns → Behavior

Your child's past environment and experiences shaped their values. Those values determined how their brain is wired. And that wiring automatically controls their behavior.

"Not studying" is not laziness. It is because the brain is wired to respond to studying as something painful. "Not performing on tests" is not a lack of preparation. It is because the brain reads "being evaluated" as "being in danger."

If you do nothing, your child's brain stays the same. Adding more prep courses or a private tutor will not change results if how the brain operates does not change.

But here is what matters most.

Your child's brain can change. And right now is when it is most rewritable.

The brain of an elementary, middle, or high school student can build new wiring several times faster than an adult brain. Apply the right stimulation during the period of highest neuroplasticity, and the brain changes dramatically. Start now, and the compounding effect over the next ten years is extraordinary.

The Same Struggle Can Look Completely Different Inside the Brain

"Cannot show real ability on practice exams." The symptom is the same, but the cause is completely different depending on the child.

Person A (8th grade): Amygdala Overactivation
An experience in elementary school of getting a bad test score and being scolded by a parent has been burned into the brain. A circuit has formed that reads "test" as "danger," so the moment they see the exam paper, the brain freezes. No matter how much they practice, as long as this circuit fires, the same thing will happen when it counts.

Person B (10th grade): Answer-Seeking Mode
The competitive middle school entrance process built a brain perfectly optimized for not making mistakes. So on practice exams too, "I cannot afford to get this wrong" takes priority above everything, and they only attempt problems they are already confident about. The circuit for taking on difficult problems has never developed. The result is a growing gap with the top performers.

Person C (5th grade): Reward System Distortion
The circuits for receiving instant gratification from games and online videos have been over-reinforced. The brain cannot find reward in something like studying where results do not come immediately. Focus breaks after three minutes. This is not a motivation problem. It is a reward system wiring problem.

Person D (9th grade): External Validation Dependence
"Being praised by a parent or teacher" is the only reward the brain registers. So during independent study time when no one is watching, motivation disappears completely. The circuit for studying on their own behalf has never been built.

If the real cause is A, applying the fix for C will never work. It is like taking medication without knowing the diagnosis.

Prep courses and private tutors ignore each child's unique brain profile, whether it is A, B, C, or D, and give everyone the same lessons, the same homework, and the same corrections. Some children improve with that approach. But the ones who do not are written off as "not talented enough" or "not motivated enough."

That is not the right conclusion. Change how the brain operates, and every child can grow.

Let me say it again.

Your child's brain can change. And right now is when it is most rewritable.

How the Alpha Brain Assessment & Brain Rewiring Program Works

Step 1: Complete Brain Pattern Assessment

Emi Sakashita (University of Tokyo neuroscience × Columbia clinical psychology) objectively assesses your child's brain response patterns.

Learning brain profile: which neural circuits are being used in which subjects, and which are not
Reward system sensitivity and distortions: what switches motivation on and off, and why
Stress response patterns: what is happening during tests and presentations
The balance between foundational and surface-level self-worth: the real reason behind their lack of confidence
How working memory is being used: the real mechanism behind the inability to sustain focus
The developmental balance between the amygdala, prefrontal cortex, and striatum: a map of where your child's brain is strong and where it has room to grow

Everything is explained to parents in clear, accessible language. "So that is what has been happening with my child." That realization always comes.

Step 2: Identifying the Bottleneck

We do not stop at "not enough effort" or "not enough talent." We locate which neural circuits are blocked and exactly how, down to the circuit level.

Here is where you will finally understand the real reason your child has been stuck for so long.

Step 3: Designing Your Child's Personal Path to Growth

Telling a memorization-oriented brain to "just think harder" creates nothing but frustration. Telling a thinking-oriented brain to "write it out and memorize it" produces no retention.

We design a path to your child's goals that works with the way their brain naturally operates.

Study methods, how you speak to them, daily routines — all of it is customized to match your child's specific brain type. A "how to engage with your child in a way that matches their brain" guide for parents is also provided.

Step 4: 90-Day Training Plan and AI Support Around the Clock

Your child's brain will change dramatically with the right stimulation. But it requires the right kind of challenge, applied in the right sequence.

Direct coaching from Emi Sakashita: Every client is handled personally. She tracks the changes in your child's brain throughout the entire process.
AI learning coach available 24 hours a day: A dedicated AI system designed by Emi records and analyzes daily learning patterns, accelerating the rewiring process.
Mission-based training: "Try just this one thing in today's math." Then reflect. Then the next mission.
Regular updates for parents: How your child's brain is changing, reported back in the language of neuroscience.

New action leads to new success, which updates values, rewires the brain, and automates new behavior. Once this cycle starts moving, your child begins to grow on their own.

Step 5: Designing a Brain That Can Compete Anywhere in the World

This is the most powerful element of the Alpha Brain Lab.

If the goal were only to improve test scores, a prep course would be enough. What we provide goes further. The way of using the brain that holds up at the level of the University of Tokyo, Harvard, and Goldman Sachs — we install that during your child's elementary, middle, and high school years.

Alpha's founder TJ (Sumitomo Corporation, University of Chicago Booth MBA, Goldman Sachs IBD) has spent 18 years observing what actually separates the people who go on to make a real impact globally. We use those findings to design your child's brain for global leadership.

・The ability to articulate and assert their own perspective
・The ability to demonstrate their value in an unfamiliar cultural context
・The courage to take risks and attempt new things
・The resilience to recover from setbacks
・The leadership that brings others along

All of these become vastly harder to build as an adult. Wiring them into the brain during childhood creates a decisive advantage ten and twenty years from now.

Improving test scores is the baseline. Beyond that, we develop a person who can hold their own anywhere in the world.

Why Only Alpha Can Deliver This

Some parents say nothing but "study harder." Some prep courses claim "use this material and you will pass." Neither of them is actually looking at your child's brain.

Founder TJ (Toshihiko Irisumi)
Sumitomo Corporation, University of Chicago Booth MBA, Goldman Sachs IBD. He walked that path himself, and over 18 years has worked directly with more than 80,000 people to move their careers forward. He knows from his own experience and from 80,000 data points exactly what separates people who genuinely make an impact globally from those who do not.

COO Emi Sakashita
Hippocampus research at the University of Tokyo's Ikegaya Lab, clinical psychology at Columbia University's Graduate School. A genuine neuroscientist who can identify exactly what is happening inside your child's brain, and design the optimal stimulation for each stage of their development.

Elite career intelligence combined with neuroscience-backed developmental design. Only when both are in place does your child's potential truly begin to open.

When you consider your child's life ten and twenty years from now, you already understand what an exceptional value this represents. If you are spending the equivalent of 400 to 500 dollars a month on prep courses without seeing results, investing in changing how the brain operates will deliver far greater return.

Because Emi personally handles every client herself, this program is limited to 15 children per month.

A Final Word to Parents

"Study harder." If that were going to work, it would have worked already.

Your child's brain is locked into specific response patterns by the values shaped through everything they have experienced up to now. Not studying, lacking confidence, inability to focus — all of it is the brain's automatic response. Telling your child off will not change it. Nothing changes until how the brain operates changes.

But here is what matters most.

Your child's brain can change. And right now is when it is most rewritable.

Changing as an adult is many times harder. Building the right wiring into the brain during elementary, middle, and high school will decisively change the shape of your child's life.

But if you do nothing, nothing will change. The brain is an organ that prioritizes efficiency above everything else. Left alone, it will keep producing the same reactions and the same results. A year from now, your child will be struggling with the exact same things.

Start now, and the compounding effect over the next ten years is yours.

Within 5 minutes, we will identify exactly what has been holding your child back.

Within 30 days, the way your child uses their brain will begin to shift.

And their academic performance, their confidence, and their relationships will all start moving in ways you would not recognize.
