RESPONSIBILITIES
Budget & Financial Trajectory
Contribute to building GBTO financial trajectory in sync with DFIN/GBS, GBTO manager & Paris counterparts
Build the annual budget and monitor the capacity (Actuals, Forecast & Budget) at different axes including RTB/CTB , IT/non IT
Staff Monitoring
Collect feedback from GBTO managers on the latest staff movements and update pyramid staff plan accordingly
Monitor the execution of the HC Saving plan
Maintain and update the staff mapping by SMEs, & BU
Further digitalize HC dashboard using Power BI
OPEX & External costs control & optimization
Oversee and monitor our offshoring headcount and billing process
Track the payment of vendor invoices against the budget and follow up on any payment issues to get them resolved
Train GBTO staff on the invoice payment process and how to raise Purchase Requests
Participate in or lead initiatives to streamline the invoice payment process
Contribute to building a comprehensive contracts referential integrating sourcing and finance information
Financial Steering initiatives
Co-ordinate on the IT cost steering for TCO applications
Co-ordinate on GTS Infra cost allocation to GBTO
Enhance the usage of Apptio
Project Portfolio Management
Contribute to build & monitor Asia Transformation portfolio and GBTO Asia contribution
Monitor the consumption of the non-labor cost from the projects
Sharing of best practices
Identify the best practices used in GBTO that can be extended to other GBIS functions and share them
Adapt to GBTO the best practices from other departments
Administrative and Ad’ hoc tasks management
Other ad hoc requests/relevant responsibilities as assigned by the management
応募資格(必須経験など)
PROFILE REQUIRED
Master’s Degree in relevant field
3-5 years working experience in financial reporting and budgeting is preferred
Strong analytical and synthetic skills
Ability to work in a team
Good understanding of CIB business
Good communication skills
Fluent English, both written and oral
French language is an advantage
Good ability to manipulate data in Excel
Good ability to prepare presentations using PowerPoint
Knowledge on Power BI
HKMA Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) certification is preferred
