【ボストンコンサルティンググループ】Global Diversity Equity & Inclusion Senior Coordinator
仕事内容
Problem solving and forward thinking. We focus on root cause, evidence-based solutions to advance DEI at BCG. You will need to understand intersectional aspects of situations, and design and apply solutions: acting on current needs, while having a vision for the future goal and roadmap. You will liaise with office and regional leaders, and work closely with DEI network leaders.
Building relationships and communicating with cultural adaptability. Strong written and verbal communication skills plus cultural adeptness are a must. You should be comfortable influencing senior executives and effectively tailor your communications across all levels of our organization.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You will design ways to develop evidence-based ways of measuring progress and play a critical role in analysis of metrics. Ability to balance qualitative and big picture impact alongside quantitative analysis is critical.
Understanding the big picture, even when the work gets granular. Strong organizational skills are key, with an ability to handle, prioritize, and carry out multiple tasks independently.
Teaming and adaptability. You must be able to work and collaborate across the team to manage up, down and over without explicit reporting relationships. Managing collaboration and ambiguity when unforeseen circumstances arise is key.
Project managing large-scale people transformation efforts. This role involves planning, driving, and ensuring completion of various DEI projects and initiatives. For example, this could include executing large events such as network conferences or rolling out new initiatives to drive inclusive culture change or equitable people processes such as our flex initiatives, new affiliation networks, etc. Effective collaboration across various BCG functions, engaging and influencing stakeholders of various tenures across the firm is required.
