Key job responsibilities
• Partner with JP APB leadership to develop the vision and short, mid and long-term strategy
• Provide Private Brands leadership support by publishing timely financial reports, appendices and insights for Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews, and Operational Planning docs
• Create meaningful reporting and analysis structure that will drive business improvements and recommend cost reductions
• Lead and present the annual plan, with detailed financials by division/categories and strategic initiatives
• Recommend, develop and implement financial controllership tools to guide our business partners in achieving our yearly topline and profitability goals
• Work with partner teams including category finance to deliver continuous improvements to worldwide planning and reporting processes
• Serve as the key Finance stakeholder in cross functional teams (PMs, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sourcing) and partner with global teams across NA, EU and JP
• Partner with the central Business Intelligence team to standardize and centralize key business performance metrics

基本条件
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
- 6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects to improve Controllership with measurable results experience
- Strong English language skills, written and verbal, with ability to concisely summarize relevant data and convey results by effectively articulating complex messages.
- A self-starter that thrives in a dynamic environment and demonstrates financial acumen and experience delivering quantitative analyses.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to solve complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
