About this job
As a Lead Tracking Manager, you will be responsible for helping customers adopt Google Cloud products. You will be responsible for developing professional and educational services, assisting Technical Account Managers in developing proposals and strategies, and driving customer engagement by partnering with account teams to ensure successful Google Cloud adoption.
You will also develop and maintain effective relationships with Field Sales, Customer Engineers and Consulting Services teams to assign, distribute and prioritize lead tracking activities for each team's customers. Your focus will be to collaborate with other lead tracking managers to share best practices and communicate success stories across the team.

Job Description
Drive Google Cloud's consulting services strategy in Japan while maximizing the promotion of consulting services to deliver the value of Google Cloud to customers.
Focus on promoting unique consulting services that are of high value to our customers
Work with the consulting department to identify leads, understand client problems and opportunities, and select the best solutions. Develop statements of work (SOWs), negotiate and close contracts.
Collaborate with field sales and customer engineering teams to understand customer requirements and develop a service strategy for each account.
Develop a strategy to improve team performance and analyze pipeline status, and build capabilities to monitor status. Identify metrics for actions and changes required to keep pipeline, value, and productivity healthy.
応募資格(必須経験など)
Required qualifications/experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field (equivalent work experience is acceptable)
15+ years of experience managing technology projects, serving customers and C-level stakeholders, implementing IT technologies and driving transformation programs.
5+ years of experience in people management, including leading and managing a team.
Experience supporting enterprise customers in cloud professional services, IT consulting, or program management.
Desired experience/skills:
Master's degree in business, technology or engineering
Experience consulting, creating and implementing value propositions for leveraging public cloud providers such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience working with channel partners, system integrators and third parties to deliver and manage solution implementations.
Knowledge of IT operations, database systems, networks, IT security, application development, service architecture, cloud-native application development, hosted services, storage systems, and cyber security.
