Principal Accountabilities:
Safeguard the bank from potential loss and reputation risks
Ensure quality of services is provided by the outsourcing service providers and vendors
Ensure the provision of high quality service standards and continue to improve work efficiency
Ensure good communication and good relationship with business to assist their vendor engagement
Ensure vendors and stakeholders operational efficiency and its adherence to agreed service levels
Ensure appropriate succession planning is in place where applicable to avoid service disruptions
Ensure strict adherence to audit and compliance requirements.
Ensure orderly process of overall SD transactions.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Overall back office management including vendor management, outsourcing control, expense handling, and their quality control
Strong communication skill, i.e. the one with external and internal stakeholders
Leadership skill
Problem solving skill
Native level Japanese and fluency in English
