Key job responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Japanese customer content needs to help drive the continued growth of Prime Video
- Create and maintain an annual programming calendar with optimal content mix, volume, and distribution
- Mid/long-term slate planning based on the Programming Strategy and content potential/risk assessment through collaboration with Studios, content and global teams
- Leverage data to ensure marketing resources and budget are properly allocated
- Collaborate with marketing teams to coordinate ideal execution of marketing activities
- Overall stakeholder management to keep relevant teams and owners aligned on deadlines and requirements to meet launch timelines
- Evaluate the effectiveness of our programming activities and seek constant improvement
- To proactively monitor market trends and to increase the level of knowledge within the local industry to reflect to the programming activities
応募資格(必須経験など)
基本条件
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a passion and aptitude for analysis
- Demonstrated ability to generate ideas and independently solve problems with a logical, data-driven approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics or similar
- Bilingual in spoken and written Japanese and English
