Job Description
Understand your situation and leverage all resources within and outside of your team to provide the best solution to achieve your business goals.
Lead a team to develop an action plan to identify, standardize, and centralize activities related to supporting sales.
Build a wide range of use cases for Google Ad Performance products to become an expert in the field and deliver unique and valuable results through product performance solutions.
Enabling your team to deliver superior performance and grow your digital marketing expertise
Identify process improvements and how to improve them. Share and promote best practices to the First Advertising Sales team.
応募資格(必須経験など)
Required qualifications/experience:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
2+ years of experience working in digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and delivering solutions to clients.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese to serve Japan-based companies and clients
Desired experience/skills:
Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products and services.
Knowledge of the media environment and digital advertising campaigns and platforms, including Google's advertising solutions.
Ability to deliver results through a data-driven approach in proposing solutions and presenting insights that lead to customer action
Ability to create strategic programs to improve performance (product introduction plans, coordination to simultaneously optimize campaigns, etc.)
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
