About this job
As a member of the Google Cloud team, you will work to help major companies, schools, and government agencies streamline their operations by using Google tools such as Google Workspace, Google Search, and Chrome. You will communicate the innovation of Google products in an easy-to-understand manner and support customers in improving productivity, collaboration, and promoting mobile use. Your mission is to accurately understand our customers' current situations, provide the best solutions for them to innovate, and illuminate their future. Use your passion for Google products to convey the appeal of Google to companies and organizations around the world.
In this role, you will help companies of all sizes leverage technology to better engage with their customers, employees and partners. You will support our strategic business goals in the Japanese market. You will also be responsible for developing account strategies and sales plans, as well as managing complex engagement processes. You will work with cross-functional teams, including partners, product sales groups and product management, to expand business opportunities.

Job Description
Generate and qualify leads and business opportunities; plan and execute channel promotional programs.
Help customers identify use cases that are suitable for Google Cloud deployments, highlight key differentiators and typical buying journeys, and share your passion for computer science and the cloud with customers.
Simultaneously manage multiple business opportunities across the business cycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams as required. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on all Google Cloud business and adoption related activities, including developing strategic agreements.
Representing Google at trade shows and industry events

Required qualifications/experience:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
7+ years of experience in quota-driven cloud/software sales or account management in a B2B software company.
Cloud or IT solution development experience
Experience in account planning
Ability to communicate well in both Japanese and English, and must be able to smoothly handle the customer service required for this position in both business-level Japanese and English, and to interact with relevant parties in the area.
Desired experience/skills:
10+ years of experience in field sales to large enterprise or strategic accounts in the technology industry.
Experience working with partners
Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple time-sensitive projects with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent strategic and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
