"Responsibilities
We are looking for a seasoned and highly efficient Team Assistant to proactively support our organization on a day to day basis. Responsibilities include:
Other related projects and duties as requested
Schedule, confirm and manage extremely active calendars which involve coordinating time-sensitive, complex/multiple stakeholder meetings; prioritizing meeting conflicts and forward planning
Provide operational support for all functions including those that handle sensitive and confidential information and materials
Prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response
Provide wide range of administrative tasks for the division including but not limited to: processing invoices, expense reports, creating and maintaining personnel files, filing, onboarding etc)
Receive and manage a high volume of phone calls, e-mails and responding in timely manner
Coordinate regular divisional meetings and townhalls
Other related projects and duties as requested "

Experienced in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and comfortable learning new technologies/applications
