Responsibilities

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in customer or partner organizations to deliver or manage quality technical solutions and services.
Verify the functionality of a developer product feature and provide meaningful feedback to product/engineering teams that result in improvements to the developer experience.
Create Product requirement documents (PRDs) to record product specifications, validate PRDs to ensure customer/partner and internal needs are met, with limited guidance.
Help scale existing or create repeatable solutions (e.g., best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code) and ensure effective documentation of repeatable solutions with minimal guidance.
Help write solution code in collaboration with internal or external developers, users, partners, clients, and stakeholders as needed.


応募資格(必須経験など)

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in system design or in one programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.).
3 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
5 years of experience working with Unix or Linux operating systems/commands.
5 years of experience in operations management (i.e., process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows, etc).
5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Experience in leading complex technical projects with automotive industry partners or related industry partners.
Experience with Android application or Android device development.
