What You'll Do
You will use your creativity and design skills to transform ideas into visually engaging, interactive, and memorable experiences and products for our clients.
Whether designing a customized PowerPoint presentation or enhancing the visualization of data and key messages for a client meeting, you will collaborate with our consultants and other colleagues to develop compelling visual communication solutions and creative visual strategies for a wide variety of needs. You'll have an opportunity to learn something new every day. Responsibilities include but are not limited to single slide production in PowerPoint to open a meeting discussion, creating a powerful data visualization infographic/illustration, end-to-end customized presentation designs, and consistent presentation formatting along predefined brand guidelines.

Qualifications
Updated portfolio of graphic design work showcasing samples of branding, slides/decks, layouts, booklets, posters, banners, logos, and/or illustrations in a single PDF file or a web-based portfolio, such as Behance or Dribble
Recent graduate in a design-related field such as graphic design, business design, or advertising design
1+ years of professional experience/internship or freelancing in a graphics-related field
Native level Japanese and conversational fluency in English
Strong proficiency in Windows OS and advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite with emphasis on PowerPoint
Knowledge of Adobe Creative suite and ability to express ideas graphically;
Customer service focus; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Quality-driven mindset with strong eye for layout and design and excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in fast-paced environment, to prioritize and organize work schedule to meet deadlines
Ability to express ideas graphically, problem-solve and communicate complex ideas effectively
Willingness to learn, share knowledge and experience with peers, open mindset towards changes and eagerness for continuous improvement
