In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Leads and facilitate the sales efforts for financial institutions in generating new business and cultivating ongoing client relationships with collaborating with investment firms and product specialists.
Maintain knowledge of segments and product requirements, and feed these into investment teams and product development areas.
Communicate with investment teams and product specialists to ensure the proper articulation of the various products strategies.
Collaborate with product specialists, operations/reporting, and RFP staff members to support each other’s efforts in generating new business and cultivating ongoing client relationships while work with a fair degree of autonomy and demonstrate tremendous initiative and sense of personal accountability.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
At least 5+ years of Experience in business development/client services and/or product manager in FIG area
Excellent sales/ relationship management skills
A comprehensive understanding of competitors, and strong products knowledge
Have track records in raising assets from financial institutions
Have strong contact base and relationships with financial institutions
Communication skills in both Japanese and English (Native speaker of Japanese and business level English)
Self-driven, motivated, goal oriented
Client obsessed and results focused
CMA (Chartered Member Analyst of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan) holder (preferable)
Proficiency in Bloomberg, MS Office, etc
