Sales Strategy
Manage and develop sales strategy to create, exceed and strive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and delivery plan and profitability target
Ensure that stores and in field sales advisors achieve or exceed country and store sales plan and profitability target
Develop overall sales and delivery strategy with market and regional leadership
Ensure all store activities adhere to the key sales strategies and current initiatives in order to drive the success of the business
Build Effective Teams
Source, recruit, hire, and on-board top talent
Lead, develop, coach and motivate high-performing teams
Reinforce a culture of leadership and team excellence: training standards, succession planning, talent acquisition and employee retention
Spend time in both stores and delivery centres; and provide coaching, and in-the-moment feedback to management and senior team leaders
Directly manage a team of people-leaders across field retail and delivery locations
Set clear team targets and individual goals; hold teams accountable by driving performance
Create a culture of employee engagement and recognition of high performers
Represent Tesla in a professional and responsible manner when communicating with others both internally and externally
Team Performance
Set clear targets and plans on Customer Service, market sales and delivery pipelines; hold teams accountable by driving performance management with local leadership
Use reporting and dashboards to make actionable business recommendations to managers and executive leadership
Proactively mediate and resolve any customer concerns or escalations that require additional leadership support
Develop and execute daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly strategies to hit targets and drive profitability
Operational Standards
Develop and reinforce high operational standards by coaching through and reinforcing targets
Maintain and reinforce Safety and Security standards by partnering with EH&S, Workplace and Security teams
Create a continuous improvement culture by actively collecting feedback, testing strategies, and improving vehicle and customer flow in each sales and delivery location
Demonstrate fluency and reinforce requirements in the local market’s Sales and registration requirements and processes
Partner with fleet logistics to optimize sales and delivery processes that promote customer experience
Utilize reports and dashboards to provide feedback to management on strategic direction, as well as execute process management changes
Help control expenses, including staffing, supplies, and services
Strategic Business Planning
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across real estate, charging, marketing, government affairs, retail operations, recruiting, HR, financial operations, and service to develop a market strategy
Develop commercial awareness of market and partner with local communities, businesses, and Tesla owners to create opportunities for growth
Collaborate with business partners to execute strategy for marketing initiatives, charging infrastructure, delivery centre logistics, and real estate expansion
Lead conversation to provide consistent feedback to internal teams regarding sales processes, capacity, throughput, and errors
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management to meet business needs
応募資格(必須経験など)
応募条件
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required, and at least 5 years of experience leading teams in a high-growth, service-focused industry with Multi-site experience
Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication in Japanese and English, and sales skills
Demonstrated ability to inspire, influence, and hold teams accountable to achieve a common goal
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adhere to business-critical deadline
Excellent relationship skills, an open mind and a willingness to reinvent yourself
Passion for Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy
Ability to travel frequently
Ability to work evenings and weekends
