仕事内容
Direct Responsibilities
Role is to cover domestic institutional accounts mainly in reginal banks. To promote EQD, Credit, G10R, and other GBL products as multi sales for domestic Financial Institutions.
Execute EQD products to demonstrate BNPP EQD franchise to maintain and increase AUM.
Execute flow credit, structured credit, macro flow, IRS, in both primary and secondary.
Marketing structured products together with various functions cross GBL.
Business promotion and relationship management in depth as RM.
Contributing Responsibilities
Support team member in order to maximize team performance and efficiency.
Good impact to the team and BNP at firm level, and behave properly as good BNP citizen.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Basic knowledge in finance theory and basic skill in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Native Japanese and business level English.
Strong commitment, open-mind, proactive and positive attitude.
Good Team Player.
Sales person trusted and loved by everyone.
