仕事内容

Key job responsibilities
- Manage B2B Payments cross-functional operational efforts, working with engineering, product, customer service, policy, training and other operational teams to ensure smooth rollout of new B2B payments product features
- Facilitate discussion and coordination among operational stakeholders across the company in order to manage all existing resources in the most effective way
- Communicate prioritization and trade-off operational decisions to the broader cross-functional team to drive consensus, and ensure that those decisions are properly implemented
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to develop self-help and educational “how to” content that can be shared with customers across multiple channels
- Provide overall stakeholder management and program progress reporting on a regular basis
- Partner with the different operational teams to provide support and resources during and after projects
- Facilitate relationships between teams, move initiatives forward, find resources, raise concerns to appropriate owners early and resolve open issues that prevent progress
- Hold people accountable when schedule or progress is in jeopardy while maintaining respectful relationships in difficult situations
- Predict roadblocks and obstacles, establishing meetings or integration points between teams
- Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions
- Maintain and refine programs and initiatives, establishing best practices, next steps, and outcomes
- Contribute to program processes, tracking tools, and general project and program managing best practices, and initiate improvements where needed in order to scale effectively as the organization grows


応募資格(必須経験など)

基本条件
- Bachelor's degree
- Business Level in Japanese and English
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

歓迎条件
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
