Your Role and Responsibilities
As Solution Sales professional your will be lead:

・Developing new customers and creating new business opportunities in the public sector in Japan
・Propose best practices to solve customers’ issues regardless of IBM solutions and drive business to closure.
・Collaborate with other proposal members and delivery members to promote proposals.

Specific clients in Japan: Central government ministries and agencies, independent administrative agencies, local governments, etc.


応募資格(必須経験など)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
・Experience in working as a first-person salesperson to solve customer issues (government experience is not required).
・The goal is not to sell products, but to sell value, and the candidate must be willing to conduct such activities.
・Communication skills (collaboration, active listening)
・Advanced-level business Japanese (speaking, reading, writing) essential to perform role

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
・Ability to create rough sketch PowerPoints
・Experience in proposal preparation.
