DESCRIPTION
- Japan Client Operations consist of Cash Fixed Income Client Operations, Equity Client Operations and the Derivatives Clearing Operations covering both Listed Derivatives and OTC Client clearings, and the Change The Bank (CTB) team.
- Cash Fixed Income and Equity Client Operations team manage various Japanese clients and global clients who trade various FID and EQ products.
- Our client service is Front to Back including Account Opening, allocations, confirmation, settlement and the regulatory requirements from Japan MS entity perspective.
- The Derivative Clearing Operations also covers various Japanese clients trading multiple global products and global clients who trade on Japan markets.
- Our strength is to provide Front to Back Client Service and strong partnership with the business and there are many learning opportunities to deepen the business knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A line Professional Operations Specialist executes Operations processes and/or supports process management and project efforts. This individual may be part of a team of specialists operating within a region and for a particular product.
- Demonstrates a detailed knowledge of the processes, projects, systems, markets and instruments that influence their team.
- Analyzes and exposes ambiguous or complex issues, identifies root causes and proposes future actions.
- Ensures Compliance Courses and Policies are completed on a timely basis.
- May be required to build and manage relationships on a day to day level with Business Unit partners, other Morgan Stanley infrastructure departments, and external contact points in Client organizations.
