Japan Private Banking CIM Staff


仕事内容

Join us a staff for Japan Private Banking Client Instruction Management (CIM) team in Group Operation located in Tokyo, Japan. You perform independent Call-back to Japan PB clients for client instruction validation. You handle all incoming Front office issues/escalations related to day-to-day instruction in a timely, accurately and customer friendly manner. You provide high quality service to our ultra-high bet worth clients.

You understand and ensure adherence to the pre-requisites of controls on all client instructions, perform front to back processing of payment instructions. You liaise with Relationship Managers, Front Service, First Line Defense team, Central Compliance, COOs and other Operations whenever necessary to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

You raise any irregulars or issue to line manager timely and assist to resolve it.


応募資格(必須経験など)

・Proven experience in Client services or Financial Institution facing to clients
・ Overall know-how of banking products and processing areas is essential
・ Strong communication skills with a good command of English & Japanese as you will be expected to liaise with English and Japanese-speaking clients
・ Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
・ Organised and systematic individual who pays attention to details and accuracy
・ Fast learner and ability to rotate between different topic areas and tasks
・ Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
