仕事内容
・Handle general professional administration of a highly confidential and sensitive nature
・Regularly coordinate meetings and conference (audio & video) calls
・Organize complex international travel itineraries and arrangements
・Screen, and where necessary act upon, all email communications (both internal & external)
・Field all telephone calls
・Extensive diary management
・Monthly reconciliation of professionals’ expenses
・Liaise with international offices, clients, and external consultants
応募資格(必須経験など)
・Experience in working with a mix of senior-level executives and professionals providing outstanding administrative support in a fast-paced environment
・Superior communication and interpersonal skills
・High level of professionalism
・Experience in interacting with executives, professionals and/or clients
・Ability to cover teams of multiple professionals, multi-task and prioritize time sensitive work
・Exceptional time management and organizational skills
・Fluency in English and Japanese are required.
・Advanced knowledge of MS Office
・Ability to work well in a growing team environment
