Wholesale Sales Senior Manager

The Objective of this role is to drive sales of Fidelity product and investment solutions to Wholesale clients (the Japanest distributors such as sec brokers, banks and insurers)in Japan, and take an initiatives to further reinforce and diversify our streamline of wholesale business as well as its franchise through direct (launching funds under Fidelity name and distribute them) and/or indirect (including but not limited to subadvisory and fund wrap program) distribution.

Experience and Qualifications Required
・Experience working at Asset Management Industry
・Experiences of new fund pitch and launch are highly valued.
・Experienced in obtaining data from Fundmark and Bloomberg and creating materials for proposals.
・Self starter and team player are required.
・Experience in fund research or corporate research are welcome.
・Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
・Understand the importance of diversity and inclusion.
・Client centric wiht a passion for adding value for clients
・Native Japanese level and Business level English is required.
・Methodical , independent self-starter who is able to work under tight datlins and pressure.
