Your Key Responsibilities:
・To gain DWS’s retail/wholesale/distribution business market share in Japan via the strategic planning, initiatives development and partnership opportunities.
・To be in charge of DWS ‘s P&L for Japan retail/wholesale/distribution business, establish of annual business objectives and target, and develop the Japan Team with the partnership of Japan leadership team to set up the standards and sound operational model and achieve the regional goals.
・To showcase entrepreneurship with the deep understanding of the client needs, product knowledge, investment capabilities and operational set up to bring a new journey together with the clients and the prospects.
・Partner with functional leads to evaluate operating model to identify and address areas of improvement, establish business review process in conjunction with leadership teams and provide input into regional performance review process.
・To foster a strong, collaborative culture across all functions to build the necessary working relationships with origination, trading, research, client services, and operations staff – if applicable & to the degree that is commensurate with the business area to ensure effective end to end client and product delivery.
・You will be conversant relevant legal, regulatory and group policy requirements and operate accordingly.
・Client Segmentation include SWFs, Insurance Companies, Financial Institutions including digital platforms and Corporates
応募資格(必須経験など)
Your Skills & Experience:
・Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience
・Have at least 15years’ track record experience and at least 5 years in management role with substantial experience in an investment industry background and strong connections in Japan region expertise
・Commercial mindset and the ability to further drive our Japan business growth in the APAC region while having a good understanding how to optimize cross-selling
・Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail, ability to manage priorities and work in demanding fast-paced environment
・Results-oriented self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as a team member, coupled with the enthusiasm to deliver world-leading solutions for our clients
・Ability to build strong relationships with a range of teams and individuals and influence outcomes
・Solution driven and use initiative to propose new, practical strategies/solutions
・Excellent communication skills in both English & Japanese written and verbal
