You will have the opportunity to manage and mentor team members, facilitate engagement, and promote professional development. You will guide the business to mitigate risk, optimize resource allocation, and help build the financial infrastructure to scale the business.

And nobody at Google loves big numbers like the Finance team when providing in depth analysis on all manner of strategic decisions across Google products. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.
応募資格(必須経験など)
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience
US CPA/JP CPA (日本会計士)/ CA or other professional accounting accreditation, with US GAAP experience
15 years of experience working in an international environment
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing compliance requirements (including local tax) for entities in Japan and experience in accounting and compliance subject matter expertise
Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems experience
Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and to lead/drive complex operational initiatives
Experience partnering with business stakeholders
Excellent analytical skills and business judgment
Ability to speak and write in English and Japanese fluently
