Key job responsibilities
• You will be responsible for Zero Packaging strategy execution, program/solution development, financial analysis, and stakeholder management to scale packageless shipping initiatives.
• You will closely work with Business Intelligence Engineers to identify business opportunities, develop program proposal for Leadership, and design metrics that measure success and progress of the Zaro Packaging programs.
• You will implement a new program/solution with CPEX execution team (Process Engineers) and engage relevant stakeholders from Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Retail teams.
• You will review the program progress and provide clear and timely reporting of key performance metrics across internal and external stakeholders.
• You will report to Sr. Manager of CPEX Business Planning, JCFS while being communication interface for Sustainability team in Japan and packaging team in NA, EU, India, and other emerging markets.
A day in the life
As a program manager, you will drive the day-to-day program execution and monitor metrics that measure success in a collaboration with Fulfillment Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Robotics, and Data Science teams. Through packaging, JP CPEX is interacting various internal and external stakeholders; you can work in a cross-functional environment and tackle business challenges to pursue Customer Experience, business benefits, and Sustainability at the same time.

基本条件
• Bachelor’s degree
• Relevant work experience in strategy and business planning or business development
• Experience in reporting to Leadership team
• Fluent in Japanese and business level English

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Social/Political Sciences, or MBA
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in business planning and execution
• Ability to identify and solve complex, ambiguous problems
• Strong structured thinking and problem solving including analytical skills
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize workload
• Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
