Responsibilities
Contribute to product design/roadmap based on local insights that drive product narrative for Google Pay in Japan.
Generate key trends and insights that enable cross-functional teams across the region to drive growth and facilitate determination of go-to-market approaches.
Develop ecosystem strategy and strategic narrative for driving Google Pay user and merchant growth.
Drive OKR setting and tracking at the Google Pay Japan level or for specific priority areas; ensure alignment with product leadership and cross-functional teams.
Drive specific Go-To-Market work-streams that will require driving executive leadership alignment and decisions on associated plans and strategy.
応募資格(必須経験など)
Minimum qualifications:
10 years of experience in an analytical, strategy, or operations role, as a business analyst at a technology, financial services, or online commerce company.
Experience in program management and strategy.
Experience leading operational initiatives to fruition.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA.
Experience at a management consulting firm, investment bank, or equivalent experience in a strategy function or line role for a technology firm.
Experience with executive stakeholder management and executive conversations, written and verbal, internal and external.
Domain expertise in mobile, payments industry, or online commerce.
Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.
