As Digital End Investor Customer Experience Lead for the Digital Global Platform, Advisory and Workplace Investing team, this role will work to progress Fidelity’s digital agenda and embed innovative ideas, working with the business to design, develop and run solutions to maximise business benefits in our Flatsite and transactional experiences. Specifically, this role will be supporting our strategic and continuous improvement roadmaps, plus the daily marketing insights and communication updates needed to support our Personal and Workplace Investing business.
A critical element of this role is for the successful candidate to build strong working relationships and embed into cross-functional, global teams, helping to drive forwards Fidelity’s strategic roadmaps. The successful candidate will need to have strong organisational skills with a key ability to prioritise and flex across a varied portfolio of work.

Global Digital Experience team business engagement & stakeholder relationships
Manage demand from business channels.
Works in partnership with business and technology stakeholders, providing Digital representation in relevant working groups and meetings
Strategic:
Establishes and maintains key relationships with key business stakeholders to establish a well understood roadmap of strategic and continuous improvement demand
Lead and motivate wider Digital Experience team members
Propose solutions to improve digital touchpoints based on collection of data and results from research
Operational:
Provides day-to-day leadership and oversight for the management, delivery and performance of digital transformation on your change portfolio
Manage demand from business channel. Maintains visible programme backlogs
UX design work when required
Experience and Qualifications Required
Significant experience in deploying digital best practices for Digital based solutions, Deep understanding of all digital platforms
Strong UX design experience and skill
Good communication and leadership skills. Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese
Good project management, people management, and reporting skills.
Knowledge of financial services industry will be a plus
