仕事内容
Arrange the delivery and scheduling of client reporting for Institutional and Wholesale Clients
Prepare both of regular and ad-hoc client reporting and commentary editing
Analyze new reporting requirement and arrange the new format and feasibility study
Conduct quality checking before client delivery
Function as the central point of contact to Dalian reporting team
Effectively update routine task (comments, product brochures, seminar deck) with Dalian team
Support Head of Client Documentation
Contribute on Global/Local projects to improve the daily task and process automation
応募資格(必須経験など)
Minimum of 2 years experience in asset management industry
Strong desire to deliver high quality client services
Accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery, documentation and reporting
Team player with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with good rapport building skills
Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
Understanding of the asset management industry and relevant knowledge on the roles and regulations governing asset management and intermediary sales is required
Solid business communication skills; Business English preferred
An inquisitive mind, a love of solving problems and building solutions
Excellent excel skill for creating client reports
VBA skill is preferred
Translation skill is preferred
