Our Large Customer Sales teams partner with advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build thriving businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and emerging platforms.
As a Creative Development Lead, you will help shape how brands grow their businesses in the digital age by empowering customers/agencies to create excellent campaigns on Google platforms. You will work across advertisers, creative agencies, and media agencies to build campaigns on our platforms, empower and shape how the marketing and creative industry evolves in the digital age, and inspire marketers/creatives at public forums. In this role, you'll partner with our Product Specialist Team, Insight Team, Sales Teams, and Marketing Team.
Responsibilities
• Manage advertisers and creative agencies. Manage C-Level Creative relationships, ensuring they are equipped to craft the right approach and video/display assets using Google platform.
• Visit customers and explain Google Platform and product/services to build excellent campaigns.
• Conduct inspiration and education sessions on Google’s creative possibilities (e.g., video, apps, display, etc.) for advertisers and agencies, together with our internal Specialists and Sales Team.
• Grow creative case studies and creative best practices. Reinforce Google as a trusted advisor to advertisers and agency partners.
• Structure and execute creative initiatives to empower and equip the creative ecosystem working with Google.
応募資格(必須経験など)
Minimum qualifications:
• 6 years of experience working in creative agencies and on local and global campaigns.
• Experience with the creative development process (e.g., creation, idea development, execution, etc.).
• Ability to speak and write in English and Japanese fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
• Knowledge of the branding, creative ecosystem, and agency culture.
• Ability to devise strategic plans to grow campaign executions by conducting market/target researches.
• Ability to prioritize/complete multiple tasks and follow through with team members to achieve group/individual goals.
• Ability to ideate creatively.
• Ability to be creative, proactive, entrepreneurial, and thrive in ambiguity.
