仕事内容
As a part of role, your responsibility includes:
• Identify and source new institutional client relationships for Credit Suisse Asset Management
• Expand, deepen and partner with asset management and trust bank relationships (end investor will be pension funds, retail investors)
• Cooperate with the Asset Management Product team in Japan, investment teams and product team abroad for technical and content driven support and structure customized solution for major institutions where required
• Work with other division/departments such as Global Markets and Private Banking to use the broad network of Credit Suisse relationships
• Success will be determined by AUM growth and profitability
Products
• Products covered will include a wide range of Credit Suisse Asset Management’s capabilities.
• Credit Suisse has products focused on Alternatives (bank loan, insurance linked strategy, hedge funds, commodities, real estate, private equity), traditional asset classes (long only fixed income/equities).
• Therefore, understanding the different product offerings is essential and thoughtful planning and prioritization are very important.

To excel in this role, you should possess below:
Proven strengths in sales and product
Proven ability to identify and source client leads
Outstanding ability to develop solutions based strategies with clients, resulting in incremental growth in assets
Proven ability to manage and retain complex institutional client relationships
Conversant with asset management industry, and understanding of the changing industry trends and regulatory regime
Comfortable in a global environment
Able to operate in an entrepreneurial and independent manner, whilst being fully integrated into a global organization
Very strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Fluent written and spoken Japanese and English language due to clientele
Undergraduate degree from Japanese university
