Purpose of Your Role
This role plays a key function to deliver high quality reporting for all business channels. It is responsible for all client reporting such as Institutional, DC, some parts of retail fund reporting. To satisfy various type of clients, you should be a trusted partner with multiple sales teams and other relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Arrange the delivery and scheduling of client reporting for Institutional and Wholesale Clients
• Prepare both of regular and ad-hoc client reporting and commentary editing
• Analyze new reporting requirement and arrange the new format and feasibility study
• Conduct quality checking before client delivery
• Function as the central point of contact to Dalian reporting team
• Effectively update routine task (comments, product brochures, seminar deck) with Dalian team
• Support Head of Client Documentation
• Contribute on Global/Local projects to improve the daily task and process automation


応募資格(必須経験など)

Your experience and qualifications required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in asset management industry
• Strong desire to deliver high quality client services
• Accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery, documentation and reporting
• Team player with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with good rapport building skills
• Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
• Understanding of the asset management industry and relevant knowledge on the roles and regulations governing asset management and intermediary sales is required
• Solid business communication skills; Business English preferred
• An inquisitive mind, a love of solving problems and building solutions
• Excellent excel skill for creating client reports
• VBA skill is preferred
• Translation skill is preferred
