仕事内容
We are looking for a candidate who would be responsible for sales coverage for regional Japanese financial institutions across asset classes.
- Day-to-day communication with traders, structuring and sales teams across regions, to discuss trade ideas, products to be promoted, etc
- Promotion of global credit products over time, which sometimes requires building firm-wide relationships with clients where the sales will play a role as keystone
The job will involve managing close coordination between Structuring, Banking and trading partners globally as well as interaction with other functions such as legal, compliance, risk and capital management.

What will you be doing?
The candidate would be expected to be a strong producer covering regional clients in a wide range of products.
- Understand client needs for products and the way they trade
- Understand how they are incentivized, also where the firm’s strengths are, and what we should deliver to clients
- Build, deepen, and maintain solid firm-wide relationships with clients
- Make a good leverage with internal resources such as traders, research, other sales team and senior management, in order to deliver the best of the firm’s resource to clients
- Ensure smooth execution of deliverables to business partners and assist teammates as required

• Product knowledge on markets products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to successfully work across teams
• Language skills of both English and Japanese are required
• Team player to make good leverage to build firm-wide relationships with clients
• Great passion to serve our Japanese clients and deliver the firm’s resource
This is a regulated role and requires JSDA - Class-1 sales representative qualification
