仕事内容
As a Japan Program Manager, you will:
・Drive the implementation of our Early in Career strategy through effective program management across the region,analyze data and monitor progress against agreed measures of success
・Partner with Segment Leads, Undergraduate Recruiting (UR) and HR Leadership Team to build demand plans and support talent movement
・Coordinate landing of learning and career and development strategies and programs in Japan, driving standardization and consistency where relevant
・Manage communication and relationships with Japan and global stakeholders and partners, drive connections for Aspires and EIC
・Lead approach to EIC community engagement across Japan– engage and support Aspires, Managers, Champs
応募資格(必須経験など)
Qualifications：
・5+ years of industry experience in program management in complex global environments
・Ability to execute large scale projects with cross-functional stakeholders
・Proven sense of high accountability and self-drive to take on and see-through big challenges.
・Strong cross-group collaboration skills, ability to build relations and influence across business units at all levels within Microsoft
・Must be able to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
・Demonstrated visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
・Language - Japanese : Native level, English : Business English level
