The Corporate Sales Trainer is a multifaceted role that does instructional design work and delivers
training on a wide variety of topics. The person selected for this opportunity will design instructor led
training courses, eLearning courses, create training resources, create exams, certifications, and work
within the Learning Management System to achieve results. The position will also evaluate existing
training efforts to analyze the effectiveness and ROI to the business

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills including annunciation of words on a phone and

• Must be self motivated and have a strong work ethic
• General knowledge of the IT industry and products
• Superior interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity
• Daily time management and the ability to work independently
• Ability to translate conceptual thoughts to functional tasks
• Positive attitude and get it done mentality toward clients and coworkers
• Ability to apply structure and organization and program project management methodologies to
• communicate clearly to executives and employees
• Ability to create eLearning courses using software such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, etc.
REQUIRED EDUCATION EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor s degree is required
• 2 years of experience working in training or position of primary training is required
• Proficiency around various sales methodologies i.e. Consultative Selling, Solution Selling, SPIN
• Sales training experience for technical companies is preferred but not mandatory
• Proven experience driving results
• Fluency in English is required
