AWS is seeking an experienced Global Account Manager to lead and expand the business with one of our company’s largest and most innovative conglomerate customers. As a Global Accounts Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities will include identifying solutions to improve outcomes for customers, driving revenue & adoption and contribute AWS strategy within Global and Japan Account team for building growth momentum. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is prepared to own, define, develop and execute a business plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets while thinking strategically about long term customer outcomes.
The Global Account Manager will be key member of the team responsible for driving business among Global Account team and Japan team to maximize our potential and growth. You will lead collaboration between Global Account team based in US and Japan team. You will define a Joint go-to-market strategy among Global/Japan team in the account, including building a strong working relationship with the AWS senior leadership team for executive sponsorship, executive business reviews.
Key job responsibilities
• Maximize AWS’s revenue in Global/Japan within assigned account.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan among Global/Japan account team
• Help to identify key opportunities with Global/Japan team and establish engagement plan
• Drive customer engagement with Global/Japan team
• Meet or exceed Global/Japan revenue targets.
• Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
応募資格(必須経験など)
基本条件
• 15+ year’s related sales or business development experience
• 7+ year’s sales management experience working for technology vendor selling Enterprise solutions
• 5+ years’ experience leading a team of sellers focused on large, complex, global accounts
• Fluent English / Fluent Japanese
