People Operations strives to revolutionize human resources the same way that Google has revolutionized search. We are helping to find, grow and keep the remarkable assemblage of talent who are our Googlers. You'll be an advocate of Google's culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build their organizations and make sure all people decisions are based on data. Whether coaching our clients on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues or managing programs that help develop our Googlers, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help Googlers understand how people decisions get made.
This team works directly with Googlers and People Partners to provide guidance, support, and solutions in relation to a variety of People Operations-related activities. In this role, you will ensure our Googlers experience the best that Google has to offer. You'll focus on optimizing Googlers' experiences, providing timely responses, sharing knowledge with team members, and managing Googlers' individual needs with Google's philosophy, principles, and available resources.

You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.
Responsibilities
• Provide HR support and consultation to the business through mentoring, training, and advisory support that are aligned to our culture of innovation and fairness, and help to drive the business forward.
• Support the business through HR cyclical programs such as performance management, compensation planning, and employee engagement.
• Consult with leaders and managers on increasing leadership, team and organizational effectiveness. Provide fair and consistent advice on HR programs, policies, and other HR-related items.
• Advise on change management challenges and drive minor investigations and reorganizations.
• Identify opportunities to drive the business goals, improve HR processes, and make recommendations to the business by connecting the dots across multiple experiences provided by Googlers/Managers.


応募資格(必須経験など)

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of relevant work experience in business partnerships or equivalent business experience.
• Experience with data, analysis, trends, and reports.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Japanese fluently.
Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in HR, people programs, or other large-scale people-related roles.
• Experience in Organizational Development (OD) consulting.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influencing.
• Excellent collaborative, communication, and organizational diagnosis skills.
• Passion for client-services, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
