In this role, you will drive the client engagements in various formats, working with Google's clients and partners. From the beginning of the planning stage to the delivery of the event day, you will play the role of project manager by defining the goal, finding and involving the collaborators within and outside the company. You will also be responsible for the projects within the Partner Plex team to expand the capability of the team. You will be expected to define a project theme to drive goals and be the lead in the area by involving stakeholders across the company.

At Partner Plex, we advise partners’ C-suite executives on how best to accelerate their growth, by leveraging Google's broad range of businesses and products across Ads, Cloud, YouTube, Hardware, Play, and many other exciting solutions.
Responsibilities
• Partner with various teams across all Google to ensure the right clients are present.
• Design and manage executive engagements at Partner Plex, from pre-workshop focus statements to acquire information about clients before the workshop, to drive transformational solutions by leveraging global best practice solutions and the creation of case studies, including strategies and framework to plan engagement for external executives and internal stakeholders.
• Interface with guests of all levels professionally and confidentially and provide a high degree of customer service, including conducting summit introduction tours for C-level clients to create events pipeline.
• Aim to have at least one category to be a speaker at the Partner Plex event and willing to develop contents.
• Represent the Google Brand/Performance proposition both internally (e.g., executive leadership engagements) and externally (e.g., clients, agencies, conferences).

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in executive engagement, sales of digital solutions, marketing, consulting, or media.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in program, event, or operations management.
• Experience in sales/operations management and strategic planning.
• Experience facilitating workshops and leading strategic conversations with business executives, C-level audiences.
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks, and follow through with team members to achieve group and individual goals.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into more intuitive communications for a technical/academic audience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
