About the job
In this role, you will be responsible for driving projects and programs to grow the APAC gift card business, and manage ongoing operations to sustain the business. You will serve as the hub for cross-functional internal and external partners, spanning sales, engineering, finance, legal and suppliers, to maintain product availability and to launch programs and products across APAC.
Responsibilities
• Own gift card demand planning, inventory management, product fulfillment, and unit forecasting.
• Develop and drive project plans across internal and external partners to ensure timely launches for products, markets, and programs.

• Partner with regional leads to prioritize market initiatives, and execute operational strategy through external distribution partners.
• Diagnose and resolve supply chain issues across external distribution networks as needed.
• Drive process improvement and transformation projects to simplify operations and enhance business performance.


応募資格(必須経験など)

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience as a category, channel, or operations manager, or related experience in Consumer Products, Retail, or e-commerce
• 3 years of experience in project and partner management, overseeing cross-functional projects.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Japanese fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with SQL queries, scripts, and/or advanced spreadsheets.
• Experience managing retail metrics and reporting.
• Experience managing logistics and/or supply chains for retail or consumer products.
• Experience in gift card operations.
• Excellent technical and organizational skills to resolve detailed operational issues spanning a large, fast-growing retail network.
