What you can expect
Support Derivative Operations ranging from the cash settlements and derivative documentation of derivatives trades with global clients, majority based in Asia. Will be a key point of contact with clients for settlement / docs related queries. Products covered include CDS, IRS, FX, FX Options, Asset Swap, Currencies Swap, NDF, etc.
What you will do
- Pre/post responsibilities within the settlement function
- Chasing responsibilities for documentation
- Metrics reporting to team / management

Your background
• Fast learner, proactive in nature and has excellent to detail
• Good organizational skills and understanding of Back office Operations responsibilities and processes.
• A good team player and ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
• Able to communicate effectively with sensitive clients, trade support, front office and other teams globally
• Product knowledge and prior relevant working experience and knowledge of derivatives and ISDA definitions preferred
• Independent and motivated, team player, ability to deal with wide range of demands under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Product Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese language.
