As the labor management team administrator, you will be responsible for performing an array of highly critical labor management related administrative functions requiring confidentiality, initiative, and tenacity. You will need to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to the completion of assignments and in line with the department's labor management duties.
Duties include but not limited
Execute labor management audits for the employees to be aligned with both Japan labor law and internal HR policy. Communicate and confirm the data with applicable employee/ organization.
Periodical report generation leveraging the internal HR systems.
Draft/ execute labor related documents.
Interaction with Employees where necessary.
