The candidate should have sufficient experiences to deal with Financial Institutions such as Life & Non-Life Insurers, Trust Banks, Banks, local asset managers and others.
Candidates should possess strong communication and relationship and business development skills to penetrate into Japanese institutional investors base where candidates should make use of MSIM resource for effective penetration.

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements
Candidates should be a team-oriented person.
At least 15 years’ experience working in a similar capacity
General product knowledge in Equity, Fixed Income and Alternative Investment strategies
Japanese Skill: Native level
English Skill : Business level, able to communicate globally to lead the client solutions discussions. Experience in dealing with documentations and terms and conditions of fund products is a huge plus
PC Skill : Word, Excel, P.P
Skills Desired
Existing relationships with Japanese institutional investors, with focus on Financial institutions
Knowledge/experience in dealing with institutional distribution business
