About The Job
Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
In this role, you will manage managers and groups focusing on Telecom and Finance industries’s clients working very closely with cross-functional teams at Google. You will set the vision and strategy to accelerate client digital transformation and grow their business expanding their business and users. You will develop and grow your team’s manager and individual contributors as organization leaders and help contribute to the overall business in Google Japan.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital growth and advertising strategies for top advertisers in Japan. Cultivate relationships with key executive and agency partners to drive client growth.
Coach, manage, and grow a number of sales teams, including sales managers and sellers.
Build a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and high-performing sales organization by influencing the team's structure, culture, and processes.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment with key partner teams, including Marketing, Global Strategy and Operations teams, Acquisitions teams, Large Customer Sales vertical, and agency teams.
Operate as an integral part of the senior management team to drive common strategic themes such as diversity, well-being, belonging and develop Google Japan's reputation and growth.
応募資格(必須経験など)
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in sales, operations, or partner management.
5 years of experience in managing teams.
Ability to speak and write in Japanese and English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in building executive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including advertisers and agencies.
Diverse cultural understanding and an ability to work with global teams.
Thought leadership, as demonstrated by industry expertise in Telecom and Finance, and an ability to influence in complex situations.
