Key Responsibilities
・ Conduct Due Diligence when MSMS underwrites a follow-on offering or IPO
・ Summarize the results of due diligence as an underwriting review report, report it to the LCD. In addition, communicate the results to IBD and GCM.
・ Draft AUP Letter and Comfort Letter related to the offerings.
・ Understand JSDA rules and JFSA laws and regulations related to underwriting reviews, and understand revisions, etc. as appropriate.
・ Attend JSDA underwriting WG/underwriting review WG and coordinate internally.

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements
Skills required (Essential)
・ Experience of being able to conduct underwriting due diligence independently
・ Sufficient corporate analysis skills and accounting knowledge to conduct underwriting due diligence activities
・ Smooth communication skills with other departments (IBD, GCM, LCD and other underwriting due diligence departments) when conducting underwriting due diligence
・ Skills to coach and develop junior team members
・ Daily English communication skills.
Skills required (Preferred)
・ IBD banker experience
・ Research Analyst Experience
・ Qualifications such as analyst, accountant, tax accountant, bookkeeping, etc.
・ Proactively disseminate information on your own.
