Your role
You enjoy editing and translating financial investment views?
We are looking for someone who can help us:
Content management:
・Providing high quality and timely English to Japanese translations.
・Translate, layout, proofread and edit our UBS House View publications for our wealth management Japan clients and internal audience as well as prospect and media.
・Ensure our translations of the investment views publications in Japanese language are written in a style that appeals to our private clients.
Channel management:
・ Distribute the Japanese offering via the various distribution channels. Increase Japanese contents penetration.
・ Support to enhance digital publishing experience (e-News Letter, CIO website, video production, webinar etc).
Business support:
・Drive translation project with relevant parties; from coordination with translators, printers and layout team to expense payments to external parties. Data maintenance of translation pipeline as well as data analysis.
・Business and Operational support to CIO team.
Your team
You’ll be working in our Chief Investment Office (CIO) in Tokyo. We’re a global unit responsible for the investment strategy and research functions within Wealth Management.
The APAC CIO Operating Office is responsible for strategic and tactical CIO digital initiatives in the APAC region as well as ensuring the smooth operations of the Chief Investment Office business by publishing investment views for our wealth management clients.
CIO is expanding our operations to support a new joint venture business and enhance digital experience.
応募資格(必須経験など)
Your expertise
・ 2+ translation experience of investment content is preferred: background in financial industry and news
・High level of translation skill with basic financial market knowledge required
・An organized, detail-oriented candidate who can work under pressure and coordinate efficiently with various parties.
・Team player
・ High level of attention to detail and accuracy
・Flexibility on working hours
