Liquidity & Investment UnitOfficer role is an intermediate level position within Treasury and Trade Solutions, Japan.
Responsibilities of the role include either support or lead on various tasks, such as;
• Review product framework and capabilities against the latest regulatory requirements, financial market trend, and client needs periodically.
• Collaborate with Global / Regional Product Managers and participate in Global initiative projects as a Japan representative to develop our product capability.
• Structure client specific solutions including service conditions and price with Sales and Relationship Managers to grow business, and analysis of revenue trend to identify additional opportunities.
• Support partners in Operations during service onboarding and execution for client experience and revenue realization.
• Co-work with Technology team as a Business Representative to keeping our service platform up to our standard.
• Manage TTS client deposit portfolio in line with our key metrics such as business target and Japan franchise liquidity limit in partnership with Treasury and Finance.
• Support Risk and Compliance initiatives for product governance by way of seeking comments from Tax and Legal experts as well as executing periodical self-assessment (MCA).
This role will require analytical thinking, data handling skills, and problem-solving skills and provide opportunities to develop further.
Willingness to learn new things, take on new challenges, as well as broader interest in Transaction Banking trends and global economic themes will be some of the keys for success.

Qualifications:
• 4 to 8 years of experience in banking being preferred. Knowledge of Deposits, Cash Concentration Services, Transaction Services in general will be a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills for communication (both listening and speaking) and effective engagement of internal partners across organization.
• Ability to manage deadlines by setting and adjusting priorities in an agile environment.
• Broad experience in either a process management or project management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or higher.
• Japanese and English (business level)
