Job responsibilities

As a sales associate and a client relationship manager, you will have overall responsibility for creating and implementing relationship strategy and calling plans for a portfolio of existing and new client accounts. One of the primary responsibilities includes but not limited to maintaining full reference ability and retention for existing key Securities Services Japan clients, putting plans in place to strengthen and develop existing business relationships and to lead new business development opportunities in line with the existing strategy and policy.

Assuming full responsibility for managing all aspects of the client relationship including senior executive engagement
Ability to plan overall sales strategy for overall Japan market and focus around fund services strategy into Japan’s top institutional investors
Leads strategic discussions with clients and prospects and carries out executive calling plans in accordance with client strategic account management plans.
Ability to penetrate clients and cross-sell broad Securities Services products by collaborating with across different teams and LOBs.
Developing Account Plans to include regular relationship and service reviews including developing a calling program, to include both regular conference calls and meetings
In depth knowledge of the client's business strategies and objectives, ensuring wherever possible that J.P. Morgan contributes in the fulfillment of those objectives
Working with Client Service Management, Product Management & Operations Groups to assist in driving product development and addressing product gaps


応募資格(必須経験など)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience in sales & relationship management function within a financial services organization close to asset management and/or asset administration with willingness to learn new products will also be considered
Direct relevant market client segment (institutional investors) and Securities Services product experience
Effective interpersonal and client skills & ability to lead the team by example
Deep knowledge on global custody, fund services, trading solutions and data solutions.
Experience in building relationships and engage Japanese financial institutions at enterprise level with multiple department and layers of the organization
Ability to demonstrate a strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
Superior oral and written communication and presentation skills in both business English and Japanese
