RESPONSIBILITIES
As project manager within TPO your main responsibilities are:
Manage directly strategic transformation project from the study to the execution phase
Define the appropriate methodology and governance
Define the functional requirements in collaboration with the production teams
Assess the best balance between Client satisfaction, Operational Risk, Value Creation, and Timeline to propose adequate solution.
Define project execution strategy (governance, testing strategy, migration strategy …) directly or through a stream leader
Own the delivery and lead the project and act on any uncertainty or risk affecting the project. Anticipate the next steps and possible situation requesting strong focus
Ensure deliveries are made on time and within the budget allocated.
Coordinate with the Global and Regional Project Team in Paris (if applicable) in order to ensure that regional project is in line and in sync with the global roadmap and strategy
Connect with the subject matter groups (security, data, infrastructure) to understand the standards and solutions developed within SG Group.
Communicate to main stakeholders (Top Regional Management, Front Office and Paris project team) and local users about the project
Report to management the progress on the project as well as potential issues / decision needed
Manage stakeholder of the project especially managing the risk of the project, scope the work to be done, engage relevant stakeholder in the organisation, structure and communicate transparently on the progress
Identify areas where processes can be streamlined, standardised or automated
Implement process improvement projects applying the 6–sigma methodology (when applicable)
Track progress and KPI (risk, cost, time) along the life of the project.
Control the post roll-out of all projects
Propose and conduct change management actions
Ensure all documentations (key working documents and exhaustive list of deliverables) related to the project are properly stored
Project Management:
Mastering of all the different steps of a project cycle from scoping to execution phase
Ability to onboard people on a project and to keep the momentum during all the phases of the project
Ability to find the consensus with all stakeholders when necessary
Strong coordination skills and capacity to drive several and different contributors and stakeholders
Capacity to anticipate project risks and timely mitigate them to avoid impact on budget and timeline
Ability to adapt communication to different level of interlocutors from Operational Teams to C-Level
Able to work in high pressure environment

PROFILE REQUIRED
Graduate degree in technology, finance, business administration, economics
PMP or equivalent qualification on project management is a plus
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification with several projects experiences

SGCIB in Asia Pacific is engaged in an ambitious strategy to develop new business initiatives in the region as well as transform its operating model to increase efficiency and cost footprint. This development needs to fulfil increasing regulatory and compliance needs which need to be steered, deployed and integrated in the day to day run of our operations.
TPO is the project management engine of GBSU (Business Services of the Capital Market activity of SG in Asia) which is leading all transformation projects (Business Development, Efficiency or Risk & Controls). TPO team manages projects stemming from technology, processes or organizational changes and spanning from Studies to end user accompaniment.
The team is composed of senior project managers certified on PMP and SAFe framework which also hold a business knowledge (ie Business analyst) to lead the successful deployment of the business projects.
TPO team is organized around 3 “practices”, Center of Expertise as follow:
“Business push and IT transformation”
“Transversal transformation”
“Operational excellence”
