Position Overview
Role Description
We are seeking to hire a motivated, experienced and responsible individual whose main area of responsibilities would be in client service, managing transactions and communicating with clients daily regarding agency services we provide relating to loans and bonds. The individual would be involved in training/monitoring CWR and/or new joiners in the Client Service Group and business management matters of TAS Tokyo also.

Role Responsibilities and Tasks :
Servicing transactions and clients;
review and understand agreements from operational perspective,
manage transactions according to agreements, including arranging necessary payments,
day to day communications with clients and parties concerned, including our back office,
learn and use systems specific to certain tasks,
periodical reviews on transactions and clients,
promoting and collaborating across CB and TAS APAC.
Assist business management matters;
billing, monitoring and reconciliation of revenues
BCP and risk control issues
managing outsourcing and liaising with system vendors
Assist or take charge in monitoring and training CWR and/or new joiners.
Experience/ Qualifications:
Product knowledge and servicing experience on syndicated loans (including project finance such as construction of Solar Power Stations), JASDEC cleared bonds, account bank service
Interpretation/understanding agreements and other deal related materials including some data analysis
Communication with external clients via telephone, e-mail and in person
More than 5 years experience in related industry with good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications/tools
Sales/promoting products experience would be desirable but not essential
