JOB DESCRIPTION
J.P. Morgan is looking for an experienced assistant to support Global Equities Sales in our Japan office.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

Handle general secretarial jobs for sales staff -calendar management and associated tasks such as booking conference rooms, audio visual equipment, documentation, meeting scheduling, logistics & arrangement of meetings for visitor(s), management meetings and coordinate logistics for business trips and team travel arrangements, when appropriate
Providing general support including photocopying, booking meeting rooms, stationery re-ordering, typing, filing, mail and filing
Travel and Entertainment and Invoicing processing of expense claims and related record-keeping.
Maintaining department’s records and handling phone enquiries and assisting and/or leading the organization of events (both internal and external)
Maintain clients’ communications as necessary as manager’s required
Personnel on-boarding and off-boarding coordination, including logistic for new staff
Assisting in ad hoc project administration support when required


応募資格(必須経験など)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Experience in financial firms is preferred
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with experience working with a variety of cultures, strong organizational skills, is meticulous with details and self sufficient.
Able to work with a high degree of autonomy as well as part of a team and experience in managing relationships across all levels. Able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines
Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese and English. Strong Microsoft Office/PC skills
