私達のチームで担当する App Service、IIS/ASP.NET、Azure Communication Service、Azure Bot Service、Azure SignalR Service など Web サーバー、Web アプリケーションと関連のある製品、技術と、その周辺テクノロジー (データベース、ネットワーク、認証技術など) の深い知見と技術力を駆使し、お客様の技術的な課題解決を行うと共に、お客様やパートナー様、Microsoft のデリバリー パートナーや社内の他部門に対して技術支援、スキルトランスファー、トレーニングのデリバリーなどもします。また、当該チームで担当する製品をご利用のすべてのお客様にお役立ていただけるような Blog の執筆、トラブルシュートに利用するツールの開発や Technical Wiki、Troubleshooting Guide の作成などにも貢献いただきます。
製品の不具合や機能上の改善要望については、問題を切り分け、開発部門に速やかにフィードバックし、状況によっては、開発部門やデータセンター、その他、社内関連部門と迅速に協力して、製品の品質改善に繋げていただきます。
Responsibilities
Response and Resolution
You review, investigate and solve customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices
Readiness
You participate in communities with peer delivery roles.
You develop specific technical and professional proficiency to enable you to understand and resolve customer issues, through training and readiness.
Product/Process Improvement
You identify potential product defects and provide feedback to more senior engineers, contributing to Microsoft product improvements
応募資格(必須経験など)
Qualifications
Required
3+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 1+ year(s) technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
Customer Support or Technical Consulting or Software Development experience or equivalent.
Application development & debugging experience with one or more languages or frameworks: Java, Node, Python, PHP, and .NET Core, ASP.NET, WordPress, Joomla and Drupal.
Understanding of programming concepts such as call stacks, threading, synchronization, performance-related concepts and debugging.
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, an ability to use various data collection tools and methodologies to analyze problems, determine root cause and develop solutions
Experience in one or more of these areas desirable
Troubleshooting Experience in one of the following: Windows IIS, Linux, Container, Azure Web Apps, Customer Docker Images.
Deep experience with Open-Source Web technologies such as Linux, NGNIX, Apache, Java, Node, Python, and PHP.
Troubleshooting skills in Network or Active Directory Authentication.
Familiarity with packet sniffers: Fiddler, Network Monitor or Wireshark.
Familiarity with debugging tools to analyze code issues: VS Code, Visual Studio, Windbg etc..
Familiarity with tracing and troubleshooting tools to analyze performance issues: Perfview, ETW, JFR, and perf for Linux environment.
Language Qualification
Japanese Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking.
English Language: confident in reading and writing; moderate spoken English skills
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and / or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter.
